Welcome to EloMath (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using EloMath.com (the “Site”) and its services, including the tests, features, rewards, and other content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page.

2. User Registration and Account
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and process certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

4. Premium Features, Billing & Cancellation

4.1 Subscription Term & Automatic Renewal
When you subscribe to a Premium plan, you agree to an initial term (e.g. one‑week free trial + monthly thereafter). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term on a recurring basis—unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.2 Payment Processing
All fees are charged via our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. (Stripe). By purchasing a subscription you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on file. You agree to keep your billing information up to date.

4.3 Cancellation & Access
You may cancel your subscription at any time, through your Account page or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not refund any fees already paid. After cancellation you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy
Except where required by law, all payments are non‑refundable. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 30 days at contact@elomath.com, and we will review your request on a case‑by‑case basis.

4.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription fees at any time, but will give you at least 30 days’ notice before higher fees apply to your next renewal.

5. Use of the Site and Services
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringes on the rights of any third party.
  • Harms, exploits, or defrauds other users.
  • Disrupts the Site or Services in any manner.

6. External Help in Rated Sections
The rated sections of EloMath are designed to test your individual skills and knowledge. To maintain fairness and integrity, we strictly prohibit the use of external help (including but not limited to websites, individuals, or any other form of assistance) while participating in the rated sections of the Site.

Any user found using external help to solve problems in the rated sections may have their account temporarily or permanently suspended. This includes, but is not limited to, using online forums, answer repositories, or asking others for assistance while taking a test or solving problems related to ratings.

7. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate any of these Terms, including the external help clause mentioned above. Suspended or terminated accounts may lose access to any purchased premium features, rewards, and statistics accumulated during their use of the Services.

If your account is suspended, you may contact us to inquire about the suspension, but the decision remains at our discretion.

8. Advertisements
In the future, we may run ads on the Site to help support the Services. These ads may be third-party ads, and by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to their presence.

9. Rewards Program
EloMath offers a rewards program based on your activity within the platform. By participating in the Services, you may accumulate points, crowns, or other rewards. Rewards are not transferable, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel the rewards program at any time.

10. Intellectual Property
The content on EloMath, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EloMath and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus.
