Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EloMath website and mobile application. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
EloMath provides interactive math practice and learning features. Some parts of the Services may include automated explanations.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws to use the Services. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use EloMath only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

- Manipulate leaderboards, ratings, or gameplay systems through cheating, bots, or exploits.
5. EloMath AI (Automated Explanations)
5.1 What It Is
The Services may include an AI-powered feature called EloMath AI that displays automated explanations or learning guidance for math questions.
5.2 Educational Use and No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated explanations are provided for educational purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. EloMath does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for exams, grading, or academic certification.
5.3 No User-Submitted Content Sent to the AI Provider (Current Design)
Under the current design of EloMath AI, user-submitted content is not transmitted to the AI provider for generating explanations. If this design changes, EloMath will update its Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by EloMath or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without written permission from EloMath.
7. User Content
If the Services allow you to submit content, such as profile details, feedback, or support messages, you are responsible for what you submit and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. EloMath is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Services, or created legal or security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EloMath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law
EloMath operates from the European Union (Cyprus). These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by relevant jurisdiction rules. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
