1. Who We Are

EloMath provides interactive math practice and learning features. Some parts of the Services may include automated explanations.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws to use the Services. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use EloMath only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services, including hacking, probing, or bypassing security.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that degrades performance.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Manipulate leaderboards, ratings, or gameplay systems through cheating, bots, or exploits.

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by EloMath or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without written permission from EloMath.

7. User Content

If the Services allow you to submit content, such as profile details, feedback, or support messages, you are responsible for what you submit and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

8. Premium Subscriptions

EloMath may offer an optional paid Premium subscription. Premium features are shown in the App before purchase and may include additional access, fewer limits, or other learning benefits.

Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. The store checkout screen shows the current price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and any trial or offer terms before you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds, billing issues, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. EloMath does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Premium is linked to the EloMath account that is logged in when you subscribe or restore a purchase. Restoring a purchase on another EloMath account may attach the subscription to that account depending on store and subscription verification rules.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. EloMath is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Services, or created legal or security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EloMath disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EloMath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

13. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

EloMath operates from the European Union (Cyprus). These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by relevant jurisdiction rules. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
