1.4 EloMath AI (AI-Powered Explanations)

EloMath includes AI-powered features called EloMath AI that can display explanations or learning guidance for math questions. These features are used to support learning and improve the clarity of math explanations.

When an AI feature is requested, EloMath may process the information needed to generate the explanation or guidance, such as the math question, answer context, selected topic, and type of help requested. We do not sell this data.

1.5 Premium Subscription Information

If you subscribe to EloMath Premium, payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. EloMath does not receive or store your full payment card details.

We use RevenueCat, a subscription management provider, to verify subscription status and unlock Premium features. Subscription-related data may include your EloMath account identifier, RevenueCat App User ID, product identifier, entitlement status, platform or store, purchase date, renewal date, expiration date, and store transaction identifiers.

3.1 Service Providers

We may share limited information with service providers strictly to operate and maintain EloMath, such as hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, AI functionality, and subscription verification providers. These providers may process your data only for the services they provide to us.

3.2 EloMath AI Providers

EloMath AI relies on third-party technical services to generate AI-based explanations or guidance. We share only the information needed to provide the requested AI feature and maintain reliability.

3.3 Payment and Subscription Providers

Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process subscription and transaction information so purchases can be completed, restored, verified, renewed, canceled, or expired correctly. Apple and Google handle payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.
