1.4 EloMath AI (AI-Powered Explanations)
EloMath includes an AI-powered feature (“EloMath AI”) that can display detailed explanations for math questions. EloMath AI outputs are generated automatically using EloMath’s own prompts and configuration.
No user-submitted content is transmitted to the AI provider for generating EloMath AI explanations under the current design. This means EloMath AI does not send your typed messages, answers, account details (such as email), or other user-provided text to the AI provider.
If we ever change EloMath AI so that user-submitted content is processed by a third-party AI provider, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the Site and App, manage accounts, communicate updates, ensure fair play, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell or rent your data.

3.1 Service Providers

3.2 EloMath AI Providers
EloMath AI relies on third-party technical services to generate AI-based explanations. Under the current design, EloMath AI does not transmit user-submitted content to the AI provider for response generation. These services are used solely to provide the EloMath AI functionality and maintain reliability.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as necessary to provide services. Users can delete their EloMath account at any time directly from the Account page.
When an account is deleted, all personal data associated with that account, including login information and progress data, is permanently removed from our systems. If you encounter any issues deleting your account, please contact us at contact@elomath.com.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your data at any time by emailing us at contact@elomath.com.
6. Data Security
We apply standard security measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
